Eligibility for Return
Returns or refunds are only accepted in the following case:
- The product received is damaged, broken, or defective
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong selection or size
- Normal wear and tear
Reporting a Damaged Product
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, please provide:
- Clear photos or videos of the damaged product
- Order details (Order ID, name, etc.)

Refund or Replacement
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- We will offer a replacement product OR
- Issue a full refund to your original payment method
Conditions
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Requests made after 48 hours may not be accepted

- Refund/Replacement: 5–7 business days
