Refund and Returns Policy

At Luvia Jewells, we take great care in ensuring that every product is delivered in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Return

Returns or refunds are only accepted in the following case:

  • The product received is damaged, broken, or defective

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong selection or size
  • Normal wear and tear

Reporting a Damaged Product

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged product
  • Order details (Order ID, name, etc.)

Refund or Replacement

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • We will offer a replacement product OR
  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method

Conditions

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Requests made after 48 hours may not be accepted

Processing Time

  • Verification: 1–3 business days
  • Refund/Replacement: 5–7 business days
